Enrolment at Waiuku College
Waiuku College welcomes enrolment enquiries from students and families in our school zone and from those outside the zone who wish to attend. We are a co-educational secondary school serving Years 9–13.
In-Zone Enrolment
Students who live within the Waiuku College school zone are entitled to enrol. Please contact our school office to begin the enrolment process.
Out-of-Zone Enrolment
Out-of-zone students may apply to enrol. Places are allocated in accordance with our enrolment scheme, which prioritises students in the following order:
- Students with siblings already enrolled
- Students whose parent/caregiver is a staff member
- Students with special circumstances (assessed case by case)
- All other students (by ballot if required)
How to Enrol
To begin the enrolment process, please:
- Contact our school office by phone or email
- Complete an enrolment application form (available from the office)
- Provide supporting documentation (birth certificate, immunisation records, previous school reports)
- Attend a welcome meeting with our Principal or Dean
New Entrant / Year 9 Enrolment
For students starting at Waiuku College in Year 9, we hold transition information evenings in Term 3 each year. Please contact us to register your interest.
